LeSage Welcome Services is an exclusive recommendation service that introduces YOUR business to the families purchasing homes. We only recommend one type of each business to these families by personally greeting them at their door shortly after they move into their new home.

We created our service for 3 reasons: to help the new homeowner get acquainted in their new community in a personal way; to help the business owner reach their best potential new customer, patient or client; and to give those that long to run and own their own business, but simply do not have the means to do so, an outlet to make it happen!

Meet Wendy
Hi, I am so glad you found us! I have been connecting new homeowners and businesses for over 18 years. Through my experience at local Chambers of Commerce networking with local businesses, I have grown into greeting the new homeowners and letting them know of these great businesses we have. I’m passionate about helping people. I enjoy spreading the word about the best businesses in the area—one’s new residents can trust and use with confidence. Since I’m also a local business, I understand the challenges they go through to gain visibility in a crowded marketplace.

Your New Neighborhood is a unique way to get the word out about the fine, locally owned businesses in our community. I offer what's missing in most advertising today—the personal referral.
I was born and raised in Texas; grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am married to my husband, Tracy, and have one son, Stephen along with his beautiful bride, Haley and grandchildren, Sloane and Nolan. And of course dogs & cat!

Juriette John
Juriette is an Optimistic Professional Greeter at Your New Neighborhood with 2 active young adults. She was born in Arkansas, but raised in the military. Most of her family lives in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, but she claims El Paso as home.
She's a retired military wife of 30 years who has traveled the world gaining plenty of experience and a wealth of knowledge in moving/traveling, retail management, banking and as a substitute teacher.
"It's my pleasure and goal to cheerfully welcome new homeowners to their community and help them get acquainted to their new surroundings. I look forward to visiting and providing them with a "Your New Neighborhood" bag full of gifts and valuable information from local businesses."
Laura Tahri
Laura Tahri is the owner of The Red Spectacle Organizing Service, where she helps clients transform their home, office, and digital spaces into organized, functional environments. With years of diverse experience spanning retail to operations, Laura excels in creating structure and seamless organization.
As a devoted single mother, Laura’s 28-year-old twin daughters, Leila and Jasmine, are the center of her world. She cherishes their time together, especially when they gather to watch movies. Laura also loves to socialize and host gatherings, bringing people together with her flair for entertaining.
Beyond her professional expertise, Laura is passionate about the fine arts. She finds joy in performing—whether acting, singing, or karaoke—and channels her creativity through painting, drawing, rock painting, and decoupaging cigar boxes and other home goods. Her artistic spirit and dedication to her family are at the heart of everything she does.
